These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website evambientworks.com (the “Site”) and your interaction with EV Ambient Works (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including inquiries about and bookings for our mobile interior lighting services. By accessing or using the Site, or by contacting us to inquire about or book a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Services

EV Ambient Works provides mobile interior ambient lighting installation services primarily for Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y vehicles in Greater Los Angeles. We may, at our discretion, consider custom work on other vehicles or models. All services are subject to availability, our assessment of whether a clean and safe install is possible, and our acceptance of your booking.

We reserve the right to refuse any service or appointment request for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, unsuitable work environment, or incompatibility with your vehicle.

2. Booking & Communication

We do not currently use online booking or payment processing on the Site. Customers contact us directly by phone or, if provided, email or messaging to discuss services and schedule appointments. Any dates and times discussed are not final until we confirm the appointment with you.

You agree that the contact information you provide (phone, email, vehicle details, location, etc.) is accurate and that you are authorized to arrange work on the vehicle in question.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on the Site (such as the $299 ambient lighting package) are subject to change at any time and may vary based on your location, vehicle, specific configuration, or additional requested work. We will confirm current pricing with you at or before the time of booking.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of the service, typically by cash or an agreed electronic transfer method (for example, Zelle). We do not currently process credit card payments or online payments through the Site.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because our services are mobile and time-based, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We reserve the right to charge a fee or decline further bookings if you repeatedly cancel at short notice or are not present when we arrive, especially after driving a significant distance to your location.

Details about refunds, if any, are described in our Refund Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

5. Vehicle Modifications, Warranty & Risk

Our work involves installing aftermarket lighting and accessories inside your vehicle. These are third-party products not manufactured by us, Tesla, or any vehicle maker. We are not affiliated with Tesla, Inc., Nestour, Amazon, or any other product brands mentioned.

Any modification to your vehicle is performed at your request and at your own risk. It is your responsibility to check your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty terms and any applicable insurance conditions before authorizing the work. We make reasonable efforts to perform trim-safe, reversible installations, but we cannot guarantee that your vehicle’s warranty will not be affected, nor can we guarantee that your vehicle will be restored to exact factory condition if you later remove the products.

6. Product & Workmanship

We generally use kits and components that we consider to be high quality for the intended use, but we do not manufacture these products and do not provide product warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer or seller. Our responsibility is limited to the installation workmanship we directly perform.

If you notice a problem with the installation (for example, loose trim, visible wires, or non-functioning lighting) within a reasonable period after the service, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer to inspect and attempt to correct installation issues. We are not responsible for damage or failure caused by user modification, misuse, subsequent work on the vehicle by third parties, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EV Ambient Works and its owner(s), employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of value, decreased resale value, or alleged impacts on vehicle warranties, arising out of or related to the use of our Site or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Use of the Site

The information on evambientworks.com is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. While we try to keep the information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content will be error-free or complete. We may change, update, or remove content at any time without notice.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with the normal functioning of the Site.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, images, branding, layout, and other content on the Site are the property of EV Ambient Works, unless otherwise noted, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as social media, mapping, product pages, or review platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing these sites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and privacy policies.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Site or our services, you consent to our handling of your information as described in that policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Site or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
